Shipping & Returns

Orders are typically shipped within 1 - 2 business days from the date the order is received. Weekends & Holidays are not considered business days.

Returns due to defects may be returned for an exchange at no cost. You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days from the completed transaction for a complete refund of the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee. S/H is not considered part of the purchase price and will not be refunded.

There are no returns for dropship orders due to liability reasons. By placing a dropship order, you acknowledge these conditions. We are more than happy to ship wherever you want! All merchandise MUST be returned in its original condition! Returns MUST be trackable! If there is no tracking information, and it gets lost, we are not responsible. We take the time to track all of our shipments going to our customers just for that reason.

There are no refunds for partnership packages, purchases of supplier contact information, or consulting services.
